The Sanctuary Cafe is Dicky Beach’s most gluten-friendly cafe on the Sunshine Coast. Founded in 2021 by Abhijeet Bedi, we’ve built our menu around the needs of coeliacs and gluten-intolerant diners — without compromising on flavour.

90% of our menu is available gluten-free. We use a dedicated fryer for all GF items, separate preparation areas, and strict kitchen protocols to keep coeliacs safe. Whether you’re highly sensitive or simply prefer to eat GF, you can dine with confidence at The Sanctuary Cafe.
